I was away from Regis and his insurance company for many years. He no longer carried Erie Insurance. I still received his mailers each year and decided to reach out to him last year for home owners and car insurance. Not only did he give me great rates but he remembered me and was able to find me an awesome rate on everything and went out of his way to do so. Other insurance companies could not touch his rates and I shopped around. I would not go anywhere else, even if they beat his insurance prices currently because customer service is stellar with Regis and his office staff. They were not pushing anything I did not need and really looked out for me both personally and financially. A++
