Received collection calls on my cellular phone that was brand new for another person for over 30 days who previously had my new number. Staff was unable and unwilling to stop the calls and used vulgar racial language while talking to each other over the phone. Their corporate office in Atlanta was just as useless to get this resolved. Not that I would use this type of service but you can do far better by going else where folks and at better prices. Had to give them a start in order to post but this is a ghetto chain retail store with rude and unprofessional staff. The don't deserve a star at all.
I bought a fridge from Aarons in mentor . It repeatedly had repair issues. It's currently leaking. 3rd time in fact. It's leaked into the basement damaged ceiling down there. They send people out to fix it, but it never gets fixed, the backing on the shelves and crisper are made so poorly, they break easily. It's a peice of garbage and they should have to fix it. I paid it off so now they don't want to help with the junk they sold me. I'll never but a fridge from them again. Ill never buy a fridge from them again even if i have to eat out of cans in the cubnord, and the freezer we have outside.
Awesome store. Won't deal with any store but painesville. Staff is awesome.
they have good quality products but the sales/management team does not work as a team. Seem to forget when they work with a customer for payment arrangements, the only one who knows is the guy you talked to, the rest have no idea and begin to harass the customer.
